DONT CLOSE THAT DOOR

The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].”
-James 5:16 (AMP)-
Just when it seems all hope is lost; that there’s no way for that marriage to survive, that every formerly door to love now is closed and what your spouse has done now is unforgiveable, pause. Rethink. Is it really impossible for you to forgive and move on? (Note that this does not include cases where you believe your life is at risk.) Marriage they say is a union of two forgivers, not minding who forgives the most.
“It’s hard,” you may say; especially when the other party has really wronged you. However, it becomes easier when it is done on your knees. Yes, in prayers. Prayer has a way of melting and changing even the hardest of hearts because the Bible says the heart of a king is in God’s hands and He turns it where He pleases. Also, your husband or wife is not the “bad person” you have envisioned, but the culprit is the devil.
When you pray, you take authority over your marriage and tell the devil to get his hands off your family. Remember, as you resist the devil with authority, he flees. But there is a prerequisite to this though; it must be done with a heart of forgiveness and love. The Bible says if you bring a gift to the altar and remember an offence against your brother, go first to make amends.
That shows the place of forgiveness! That nagging, cruel or rude husband or wife can change to a loving, caring and peaceful spouse, if only you choose to forgive and present your case to God in prayers. Forgiveness makes your prayers effective and ensures prompt answers. So, before you completely shut that door, apply one more push and make it hard for the devil to crumble the walls of your marriage. You will not fail in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!
Remain Blessed!

RIGHT CHARACTER FOR RIGHT MARRIAGE (4)

Dear Reader,
Every couple craves for a sweet home, but not every couple will experience it. There are works of the flesh working against every home. So, every couple that desires a sweet home should ask for the help of the Holy Spirit, in order to build a home free from strife and malice.
Today, we are going to identify one of the enemies of family success – Temper, and how couples can take grace to live above it.
Temper, according to Collins Cobuild English Dictionary, is the tendency that you have to become angry or to stay calm. It also says: “It is a state you are in when you are so angry that you cannot think clearly about what you are saying or doing.”
Anger is a natural emotion that one exhibits at a particular time. We all get angry at one time, but the difference between this and the work of the flesh is sin. That is why the scripture says: Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath (Ephesians 4:26). Here, the Bible warns that if you are angry, do not allow your anger to lead you to sin. Anger is a canker that has destroyed many marriages, and as a result renders many children hopeless. The Living Bible Version charges us thus: If you are angry, don’t sin by nursing your grudge. Don’t let the sun go down with you still angry get over it quickly. For when you are angry you give a might foothold to the devil.
If you allow your temperament to boil, you open the door to sin. If you get upset about the way your spouse reacts to certain things at times, do not explode and speak cruel words, which can cause irreparable damage. What makes you a mature individual, is your ability to control your emotions until your anger simmers down.
You don’t have to boil like a kettle of water on fire, just because your spouse expresses a different opinion. Sometimes you get angry and lose your temper and unseemly words pass your lips, just because your spouse advises that the action you are about to take is contrary to the Scripture.
Some spouses try to suppress anger. They get angry, but swallow it, pretending everything is all right, and plaster a smile on their faces. They are like hot bottles of coca-cola shaken. Once the lid is opened, the hot liquid rushes out in torrents. Bottling up anger is risky; it steals away the harmony in the home. Never give it a trial.
You can let out the steam by discussing the issue of the anger at the appropriate time. Call upon the Holy Spirit to help you keep your temper so that you can live a life of love, which “is not provoked” to anger. Anger is a killer. Simeon and Levi, who slew the men of Shechem because of their uncontrollable anger, got a horrible sentence: Simeon and Levi are brethren;…Cursed be their anger, for it was fierce; and their wrath, for it was cruel: I will divide them in Jacob, and scatter them in Israel(Genesis 49:5-7).
Anger must be dealt with, if you want to avoid the shame that division and scattering bring to a marriage. Anger puts an end to a sweet marriage faster than adultery or fornication. One may not kill physically, yet by anger or even silence, you can kill your spouse’s spirit. Watch it !
You do not solve family problem by strife. You need a nature when you want victory over anger, one which lives for Jesus Christ, controlled by the Holy Spirit, so that you can give yourselves to the Holy Ghost. When He possesses your home, He also possesses your tempers and keeps you from sinful anger.
Now, pray this prayer: “Lord, help me not to become angry without reason, but to be victorious by Your grace over all thoughtless anger and all bitterness, harmful to my family member and myself, in Jesus’ mighty name!”
Are you born-again? If you are not, you don’t have genuine access to operate the mind of Christ that can help you select a good companion (1 Corinthians 2:16). However, God’s grace of salvation is extending to you right now. If you desire to be born again, say this simple prayer in faith:
“Dear Lord Jesus Christ, I come to You today as a sinner. Forgive me of my Sins. I believe You died and rose on the third day for my sins. I accept You as my Lord and Saviour. Make me a child of God today. Thank You for accepting me into Your Kingdom.”
If you prayed this simple prayer, you are now a child of God. He loves you and will never leave you. Read your Bible daily, obey God’s Word and seek Christian fellowship (John 14:21).

My Faith Works! Confession

I hear, study, believe and confess God’s Word, and my faith continues to grow. I abide in God and His Word abides in me, so I ask what I need according to His Word, and I believe I receive it by faith. Jesus is Lord over my situation, and I do not fear or worry about what I’m going through because I released my faith and God’s will is being done in my life right now.

Jesus is the author and finisher of my faith, so I look unto Him by believing and acting on His Word! I believe that my faith works because I believe God’s Word is true, it comes to pass and He is the rewarder of those who seek Him. I not only hear the Word, I act on it by faith. I do not doubt, but believe in my heart that I have what I speak by faith.

Unlocking the Supernatural through Favour!

Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come. For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof. So the heathen shall fear the name of the Lord, and all the kings of the earth thy glory (Psalms 102:13-15).
We are in the latter days, the era of supernatural favour in the body of Christ. As a result, there shall be an unusual release of supernatural favour in the church of Christ before Jesus returns. Also, the church will begin to possess the land and wherever the soles of our feet shall tread upon shall be given to us. As it is written:
We have heard with our ears, O God, our fathers have told us, what work thou didst in their days, in the times of old. How thou didst drive out the heathen with thy hand, and plantedst them; how thou didst afflict the people, and cast them out. For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them (Psalms 44:1-3; see also Haggai 2:3-9).
But, what entitles us to favour?
  • Redemption: Redemption is a product of favour. It is written: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8).
Grace, which also means favour, is the heritage of the redeemed and everyone that is born again is listed among God’s beloved. As it is written:
To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved (Ephesians 1:6; see also 2 Corinthians 5:21).
Beloved’ here means to be favoured or a favourite. That means every child of God is God’s favourite on the earth. Thus, we have our roots in divine favour by redemption. The Bible says:
For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield (Psalms 5:12).
As a result, everything about our lives attracts favour.
  • The ‘church in the wilderness’ was cladded with favour: The ‘Church in the wilderness’ (the Israelites) was a highly favoured and struggle-free church. The Bible records:
This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us (Acts 7:38).
During the sojourn of the Israelites in the wilderness for forty years, they experienced the tangibility of favour. They enjoyed manna twice daily and the Bible says that: Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years (Deuteronomy 8:4).
There is nothing in the Old Testament that can compare to what is available to us in the New Testament. If the church in the wilderness was that favoured, how much more shall the church of the Living God bought by the Blood of Jesus be favoured.
Furthermore, concerning the Israelites, God said:
And I will give this people favour in the sight of the Egyptians: and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, ye shall not go empty (Exodus 3:21; see also Exodus 12:36).
God is committed to giving His people favour and we are privileged to be His people by redemption. Hence, we are entitled to divine favour.
  • The church in the upper room enjoyed favour: As it is written:
Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved (Acts 2:47).
Favour was the identity of the first church. That means the church of Christ is ordained to swim in favour.
Furthermore, Jesus Christ, the Head of the church was robed with favour. The Bible says: And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man (Luke 2:52).
Jesus said: As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world(John 17:18).
We are heirs of God and joint heirs with Jesus. That means whatever pertains to Christ pertains to us. Thus, we are highly favoured individuals (Romans 8:17).
What, then, is in Favour?
  • Favour terminates tears: Favour turns our tears into testimonies. It is written:
For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved. Lord, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled (Psalms 30:5-7).
It is favour in a man’s life that defines the quality of his life.
  • ProsperityAnd the Lord was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. And his master saw that the Lord was with him, and that the Lord made all that he did to prosper in his hand. And Joseph found grace in his sight, and he served him: and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he had he put into his hand (Genesis 39:2-4).
It is impossible to secure favour with God and not have favour with man.
  • Favour is the cure for man’s struggles: Joseph didn’t struggle; favour positioned him from one level to another (Psalms 105:17-22).
  • Supernatural enlargement: Grace is the covenant mother of greatness. It is grace that makes great, not skill or strength. Every giant in the Kingdom is made of favour. No one can be greater than the grace of God at work in his life and grace simply means divine favour. Apostle Paul said: But by the grace of God I am what I am… (1 Corinthians 15:10; see also 1 Samuel 2:9; Ecclesiastes 9:11; Romans 9:16).
It simply means that without grace, we are grounded. However, by the release of divine favour, greatness surges and enlargement is stirred up (Isaiah 60:1-22).
Interestingly, apart from the favour of salvation, every other favour we desire is at a cost. It is important to understand that God’s favour is real, but it is not free. This is because even the favour of salvation still demands that we repent and be baptized, so we can be saved and then receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. That means there is what we must do to trigger favour.
Thus, encounters with turnaround favour demand the following, among others:
  • Be Born Again: New birth is the first covenant step into a world of favour. Thereafter, we are listed among God’s beloved after the order of Joseph (Psalms 5:12).
  • Commit to the Love of God and His Kingdom: And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).
Our love for God entitles us to the flow of divine favour. David was a man after God’s own heart and God lavished him with supernatural favour (1 Samuel 13:14, 16:21-22).
The Bible records that Solomon loved the Lord and he reared an altar of sacrifice to God which granted him access to His favour (1 Kings 3:3-13).
Furthermore, Joseph was an epitome of God’s favour; he encountered favour in Potiphar’s house and he was in charge of his entire estate. He also secured favour in the prison and was appointed an official. That favour also made him to be brought before the king for multiple change of levels (Genesis 39; Psalms 105:17-22).
Every true lover of God enjoys access to divine favour. This is because when we walk in love, we are entitled to an open cheque from God which secures the supernatural in our affairs (1 Corinthians 2:9; 1 John 3:22-23).
However, we must understand that God’s love is not theoretical, it is practical. This is why the Bible says: For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous (1 John 5:3).
We cannot claim to love God when we do not walk in obedience to His commandments. Thus, the love of God demands that we:
  • Love His Word: We cannot claim to love God if we do not love His Word (Psalms 119:97; Proverbs 13:15; 2 Peter 1:2).
  • Love His house: I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord (Psalms 122:1).
If we love God, going to church and fellowshipping with the brethren will be our delight and lifestyle.
  • Love His Kingdom (Psalms102:13-15; Matthew 6:33; Luke 7:1-5).
  • Love His People (Matthew 25:31-40; Galatians 6:10; 1 John 3:16-18).
  • Love Humanity (Matthew 22:36-40; Luke 10:29-37).
  • Engage in prayer & supplication: Just like Jabez did, we can break the siege of misfortune over our lives as we engage the prayer altar (1 Chronicles 4:9-10; Psalms 106:4; Hebrews 4:16).
  • Seek revelation of the truth: It is written: Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard (Proverbs 13:15).
The more revelation we have, the more favour flows in our direction (Daniel 1:9, 9:2).
  • Seek fresh anointing: The fresher the anointing on our lives, the fresher the flow of favour. Jesus never lacked favour because He had access to fresh oil. However, we must recognize that the altar of prayer is the altar of empowerment and revelation, which triggers the release of fresh oil for fresh favour (Psalms 45:7-8, 12).
It is important to understand that favour is not a religious theory; it is a virtue with proofs.
Therefore, we must expect the manifestation of supernatural favour in the following areas among others:
  • Marital breakthroughMarriage is a manifestation of divine favour. The Bible says:Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord(Proverbs 18:22; See also Genesis 24:1-27; Psalms 68:6).
  • Exploits after the order of Daniel (Daniel 1:9, 2:46).
  • Supernatural visitation after the order of Sarah (Genesis 21:1-6).
  • Supernatural turnaround in the order of Nehemiah (Nehemiah 2:5-8).
  • Business Breakthrough after the order of Job (Job 1:1-3, 9).
The greatest event of anyone’s life in the Kingdom is a product of favour and its ultimate is to establish our dominion on the earth. Therefore, I see the favour of God rewriting your story in Jesus’ name! Remain ever blessed!
Jesus is Lord!

Activating the Power

RHEMA COLLEGE WEEKEND INSTRUCTOR HIGHLIGHT
//CRAIG W. HAGIN
No matter what we're going through, we have to remember that God's power is greater than anything we're experiencing. Whatever we may face—from financial problems to health challenges to adversity of any kind—God's power is more than enough to change our situation. It's what causes us to be victorious.

God is well able to work on our behalf. But all too often, instead of looking to Him when we face a crisis, we try to come up with our own solution. If we need extra money, we might think the best thing to do is get a second job or work overtime. Doing these things, however, may not be wise.
Our wisdom is limited, but God's wisdom is unlimited. I believe we should do everything we can. But sometimes everything we do just isn't enough.
Paul tells us in First Corinthians 2:5 that "[our] faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God" (NKJV). The Holy Spirit can do more for us in two seconds than we can ever figure out. It's not about what we can do; it's about what God can do. It's His power and ability—not ours—that works out our problems.
Turning On the Switch of Faith
Faith is the key for God's power to operate in our lives. It's also important to know where to put our faith. In other words, our faith has to be in something. And we see in First Corinthians 2:5 that it should be in God's power, not in the wisdom of men.
One of the best places to see God's power demonstrated is in Genesis chapter 1. God changed things He didn't like with His words. He saw a null and void earth and decided to do something about it. He said, "Let there be light," and there was light (v. 3).
God spoke and things changed! He said with His mouth what He believed in His heart. And what He said came into manifestation. We have this same power when we speak.
Proverbs 18:21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue." Every time we open our mouths, we are speaking either death and
destruction or life and blessing into a situation.
The Word of God contains the power of God. That power is activated when we speak God's Word to our situations. When we hide God's Word in our hearts and speak forth that Word, we, like God, can change our situation.
God's power can be compared to electricity. Electricity flows through the wiring in our homes. We can have electricity in our house, but nothing happens until we turn on a switch. The power was there all the time, but nothing happened until it was activated.
Let's activate God's power by speaking His Word in faith to the things in our lives that we want changed. God's power is a powerful force. No sickness, disease, poverty, or demon in hell can stand up against it!

I Leave You Peace' 'I Leave You Peace' by Craig W. Hagin

Jesus' death on the cross not only brought salvation and healing to mankind, it also brought peace. Isaiah 53:5 (Amplified) says, "He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; THE CHASTISEMENT [NEEDFUL TO OBTAIN] PEACE AND WELL-BEING FOR US WAS UPON HIM."
Christians should never have to search for peace, because Jesus obtained it for us 2,000 years ago. If Jesus is our Lord and Savior, we already have peace.
We know from John 10:10 that the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy. So it shouldn't surprise us when we find ourselves in situations that try to rob us of peace. The devil is just doing what he's done since he showed up in the Garden of Eden.

What's surprising is that the devil is able to destroy Christians. When we don't know who we are in Christ, we unintentionally allow the devil to dominate us.
On Calvary's cross, Jesus stripped Satan of his power and authority. Before Christ ascended to Heaven, He transferred His authority over principalities, powers, and rulers of the darkness of this world to us. The only way the devil can defeat us is if we don't use our authority and resist him.
Batman movies have been very popular over the years. If you've seen any of them, you know that Batman has a lot of gadgets to help him stop the bad guys. Well, as Christians we have "gadgets" too. But knowing that we have gadgets and using them are two different things.
Instead of invoking our peace gadget, many Christians try to figure out how to find peace through self-meditation or self-medication. But we don't have to try to find peace. We just need to enjoy the peace that Jesus has already purchased for us.
Where's Your Focus?
If we want to maintain peace, we must keep our minds on Jesus. The fact is, if we focus on Christ and Him crucified and everything He's provided for us, we won't get upset.
ISAIAH 26:3–4 (Amplified)
3 You will guard him and keep him in perfect and constant peace whose mind [both its inclination and its character] is stayed on You, because he commits himself to You, leans on You, and hopes confidently in You.
4 So trust in the Lord (commit yourself to Him, lean on Him, hope confidently in Him) forever; for the Lord God is an everlasting Rock [the Rock of Ages].
What often happens is that we lose our focus when the devil attacks. Instead of keeping our eyes on Jesus, we look at the bad things that are happening around us. But if we keep our eyes on Him, we'll have what the Bible calls "perfect peace."
We see in Psalm 23 that no matter how dark our situation may look, we can still have peace.
Psalm 23:4 (Amplified) says, "Yes, though I walk through the [deep, sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I will fear or dread no evil, for You are with me; Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort me."
When you're walking in someone's shadow, you're walking pretty close to that person. If you're walking through the shadow of death, then you're walking pretty close to death and destruction. At times like this, what really matters is how close to God you're walking.
Many people give up when they think the end is near. But however close to death you may be, there's still hope. Even if it gets really dark and looks as if there's no hope for survival, Jesus is with you. He promised never to leave you nor forsake you (Heb. 13:5). He's with you 24/7/365. Keep your focus on Him and you will see your situation turn around.
Living in Peace
Jesus shed His blood so we can have peace. All we have to do is walk in that peace and be peaceful. Jesus told His disciples in John 14:27 (Amplified), "Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]"
We can walk in His peace because we have the Holy Spirit—the Comforter, Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby; the One Who's ever-present—dwelling in us. He will help us every step of the way if we walk with Him.
Because Jesus lives, we can have peace. Because He lives, we can have healing, prosperity, and abundant life. The thief will come and try to destroy us, but "no weapon formed against us shall prosper" (Isa. 54:17). When an attack comes, we just need to stand and invoke peace in the Name of
Jesus.

FAITH IN ACTION

Psalm 23 (Amplified)
Although the word peace is not found in this psalm, its verses are filled with peace. As you meditate on these words, allow God's peace to rise up in your heart.
The Lord is my Shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me],
I shall not lack.
He makes me lie down in [fresh, tender] green pastures;
He leads me beside the still and restful waters.
He refreshes and restores my life (my self); He leads me in the paths of righteousness [uprightness and right standing with Him—not for my earning it, but] for His name's sake.
Yes, though I walk through the [deep, sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I will fear or dread no evil,
for You are with me; Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my [brimming] cup runs over.
Surely or only goodness, mercy, and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my life,
and through the length of my days the house of the Lord [and His presence] shall be my dwelling place.

UNLOCKING THE SUPERNATURAL

Posted: 2015-05-11 14:02:21
Divine Favour is only the reality of those walking in the Supernatural.

They may have been mocking you for many years. But multiple levels of favour is setting you free – Ps 105:20

This favour will result in miracle jobs, miracle marriages, miracle promotions, miracle children, miracle liftings, etc.

Discovery is key to Mastery. You are just one discovery away from becoming Master over your challenges.

A “god” can end up dying like men (or a common man) without a discovery – Ps 82:6, John 10:34

Ability will never equal reality until there is a discovery of who you truly are.

However, the only authentic source of discovery is the Word of God – James 1:25

Never you allow anyone, any circumstance, any situation, or even the devil tell you who you are.

Jesus was referred to as “the carpenters son/ the carpenter” before He discovered who He was. But after He discovered who He was, He was referred to as “the Master.”- Matt. 13:55, Mark 6:3, Luke 17:13

Coincidentally, Satan only recognizes those who have discovered who they are. In other words, recognition is a function of discovery. – Acts 19:15

When Moses discovered who He was and what He carried – the rod, no protocol of Pharaoh could stop or intimidate him. – Exo.7:1, Exo. 4:17

So, there is who you are and there is what you carry.

When you go into the mirror of the Word, it reveals – James 1:25
- Who you are
- What you carry
-  What you have
-  Where you are from
-  What you can do

But who am I?
-  I am seated with Christ in Heavenly places far above all principalities and powers– Eph. 2:6/ Eph. 1:20-21. Heaven is the seat of Dominion and Authority.
-  I have been translated from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of light – Col. 1:13/ Rom. 16:20. In the realm of darkness is where bondages and oppressions exist.
-  I am redeemed a spirit being in human flesh – Jn. 3:5/ Acts 14:11. Your content is different from your container.
- I am redeemed an overcomer – 1Jn. 5:4. In Christ, you belong to a family of Overcomers. Defeat is foreign where you are from.
-  I am redeemed to be ‘more than a conqueror’ – Jn. 16:33/ Rom. 8:35-38. The one who has overcomed is your Father and has made you an overcomer.
-  I am redeemed to operate in the realm of unlimited possibilities – Jn. 14:12/ Phil.4:13. You are redeemed to operate in a world of “all possibilities.”

Man: A Three-In-One Creature - 1Thess. 5:23
First, we must understand that man is a Three-in-one Creature. Man is essentially a Spirit, he has a Soul and he lives in a Body.

Man lives within a particular structure called the body – 1Cor. 15:38-39/44

His Soul comprises of his Will, his Emotions and his Intellect.

His Spirit is the ‘God-being’ on the inside of his human being.

It is that ‘God being’ that died in man in the first Adam.

But the second Adam (Jesus Christ) came to restore that ‘dead man’ back to life. And this is what we call being ‘Born Again’ – Jn. 3:1-5

When that ‘God being’ was in the first Adam, he operated absolutely in the supernatural.

Look at how Adam named all the animals. It means he went into the sea and he said, “You shall be shark, whale, sea lion, etc.” He went into the air as a “spirit-craft” and named the Eagle. He went into the farm and saw an animal. He called it “Goat” knowing the Name God will have called it. – Gen. 2:19

BUT HOW DO WE BUILD A ROBUST SPIRIT TO MANIFEST THE REALITIES OF REDEMPTION:
–      Through exercise of our conscience unto good works

Exercising our conscience to be void of offence – Acts 24:16/ 1Tim 1:19 / 1Tim 3:9

We must give no place to the devil – Eph. 4:27

To be offended is no excuse to have offense. If you allow your conscience to die, except by mercy, you are finished!

The conscience is a major requirement to operate in the supernatural.

–      Through the exercise of Prayer and Fasting
Prayer is a spiritual platform from which we go from strength to strength  – Heb. 4:16/ Ps 84:7

Prayer and fasting is a spiritual requirement through which we build our spiritual muscles– Is 58:6-12/ Lk 4:14/ Lk 22:44

We don’t just pray to get things; we pray to gain command over things – Pro 24:10

–      Through exercise of our conscience unto good works

Exercising our conscience to be void of offence – Acts 24:16/ 1Tim 1:19 / 1Tim 3:9

Your conscience must be well guarded!

We must give no place to the devil – Eph. 4:27

Verse of the Day

Acts 4:31

31 After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly.

ENGAGING KINGDOM SECRETS FOR SWEATLESS TRIUMPH @ 2015 Liberation Celebration Service

The Secret of God is packaged in Mysteries
  • Just as the triumph of light over darkness is sweatless, so is the triumph of divine secret over life situations and circumstances is sweatless – Jn. 1:1-5/9
  • When we are illuminated by the truth of divine secret, we dominate over circumstances without sweat – Is. 60:1-3
  • But the secret of God is only accessible to them that fear Him – Ps. 25:14
  • Engaging divine secret made Job the greatest businessman of his day – Job 1:1-3/ Job 29:4-18
  • There is a God in heaven that reveals secrets – Dan. 2:28
  • It is access to divine secrets that makes stars in the kingdom – Gen. 41:15-16/38-44
  • What is called the secret of the Lord in the Old Testament is what we call mysteries in the New Testament – Eph. 3:1-5/8-11
  • We may teach kingdom secrets but only God can reveal them – Deut. 29:29/ Dan. 2:28/ Ps. 119:18
  • But we must note that kingdom secrets are full of simplicities, this is why most believers miss out of them – 2Cor. 11:3

For example, God speaking to me from Matt. 16:18, said:
  • No one can prevail against the gates of hell by himself.
  • And because any church owned by man must be built by the man.
  • And this is why no church owned by a man grows.
  • But Christ will only build His own church – Matt. 16:18
  • The church He purchased by His own blood – Acts 20:28
  • The reason why this church is advancing sweatlessly is because the owner is allowed to own it and no force in hell can stop the church that Christ is building.
  • This is why we do not own this church as a people neither do I own this church as a privileged founder
  • No one has ever heard me say, ‘my church’.

My Encounter with Kingdom Secrets
  • ‘Seek ye first my kingdom and all its interest and all the things that others are dying to get shall be added unto you’ – Matt. 6:33 (12th Sept., ’76)
  • ‘We are seated far above’ – Eph. 2:6/ Eph. 1:20-21 (July ’79)
  • ‘But thou shall not borrow because the borrower is servant to the lender’ – Deut. 15:6/ Pro. 22:7/ Matt. 6:23-24 (4th Oct. ’81)
  • ‘Show me the secret of Kingdom Prosperity’ – Mar. ‘82
  • ‘You have two eyes; can you make one to look up and the other to look down?’ Pro. 34:5 (6thSept., ’83)
  • ‘I am committed to leading you if you are committed to following me’ – Is. 48:17 (1st Oct. ’83)
  • ‘Get up and follow me’ – Church growth mystery unveiled – Matt. 16:18/ Jn. 1:46/ Lk. 8:11/ Ps. 23:2 (24th Mar. ’84)
  • ‘I open heaven over institutions, organizations, companies including churches’ – Heb. 7:1-8 (4thSept. ’87)
  • ‘As for thee also, stand here by me’ – Deut. 5:31 (31st Dec. ’93)

To access kingdom secrets:
  • One must be born again – Mk. 4:11
  • One must filled with the Holy Spirit – 1Cor. 2:10-11
  • One must make the fear of God his lifestyle – Ps. 25:14/ Job 1:1-3/9/ Job 29:1/ Gen. 39:9/ Gen. 42:18/ Gen. 41:38-44/ Dan. 1:8/ Dan. 2:16-19
  • One must be genuinely in love with God – Is. 41:8/ James 2:23/ Gen. 18:17-18/ Jn. 15:15/ 1Cor. 2:9-10/ Rom. 8:35-38/ Eph. 3:1-5/8-11
  • One must engage the prayer altar for access to kingdom secrets – Jer. 33:3/ Matt. 7:7-8/ Dan. 2:16-19/ James 4:1-2 (ENCOUNTERS OF 24/3/84 and 17/5/97)
  • One must engage in a spirited search in the word and meditation – Pro. 25:2/ Is. 26:9/ Lk. 15:7-8/ Jer. 29:13 (ENCOUNTERS OF 22/3/82 and 23/7/77)
  • One must engage in intense praise and worship – Is. 30:29-31 (ENCOUNTER OF DEC. 1987)
OBEDIENCE MAY BE COSTLY BUT THE END RESULT IS PRICELESS!

But we must take responsibility for our Personal Encounter – Lk. 16:16
  • Everyone is absolutely responsible for the outcome of his life – Is. 51:1-3
  • Everyone in a race run but only one receives the prize, so run that you may obtain – 1Cor. 9:24
  • You must dive into every opportunity for an encounter – Jn. 5:1-4
  • It is our personal encounter that will result in our personal advancement and enlargement – Gen. 32:24-28

Mysteries are divine secrets embedded within the stories of Scriptures
  • The Holy Communion empowers us to live like Christ – Jn. 6:48-58
  • The Blood of Sprinkling is our covering against all satanic assaults – Ex. 12:21-25/ Heb. 9:19-21/ 1Cor. 5:7/ Heb. 12:22-24

  • Feet washing is a mystery that empowers our access to all things Christ has purchased for us in redemption – Jn. 13:4-5
  • It is a medium for the delivery of our balance of inheritance – Jn. 13:8

STRIKING FEET WASHING TESTIMONIES
Blood Cancer Destroyed Via Feet-washing
Between 2010 and January 2013, I spent almost 75% ample time in the hospital. I was diagnosed offull-blown “BLOOD CANCER” precisely LYMPHOMA.
On January 11, 2013, I laid lifeless on the hospital bed.
I connected to one of the services in Canaanland via the internet and it was a Feet Washing Service.
When I heard the Bishop’s voice, it energized me. I stood to follow his instructions to get a bowl of water for the feet washing. Although, I was in excruciating pain, but was desperate for my healing.
During the feet washing session, I dipped my feet into the bowl of water, all I did was rub and scrub one foot with the other and said ‘Amen’ to the Bishop’s prayer.
Right there, I slept off for about 20minutes. When I woke up, I felt a tremendous change in my body – the pains had vanished, my legs became lighter and I felt real peace and joy.
Amazingly, the colour of the water in the bowl had completely changed to a palm wine-like colour. Immediately, I knew God had rescued me. I am finally healed!” —Mr. Bidemi

Delivered From Three-Year Pregnancy!
I was pregnant for three years and had gone to several churches, including offering sacrifices to idols for a solution, but to no avail.
In the process, my husband died in a motor accident, until I met a Zonal minister who witnessed Christ to me and invited me for the Mid-week Service, which was also a Feet Washing Service.
During the service, the Bishop said we should tell the God of this Commission what we wanted. I prayed to God that I wanted to deliver my baby after the Feet-washing.
After I dipped my leg into the water, immediately, I started feeling strange pains. The pain was so much that my baby changed position.
Miraculously, I delivered my baby without any operation. I give God all the glory!” —Adenike E. A.

Miracle Job
“After I graduated in 2000, from the University of Benin, no job was forthcoming.
In that frustration, I travelled to Lagos to learn a trade that I would afterwards set up in Warri.
One day, I met an old friend who invited me to Canaanland. I came on September 25, 2005, and it was a Feet Washing Service.
While the Bishop ministered, he declared, ‘Henceforth, the dignity of Christ will trail all your steps and the grace of God will manifest itself in every area of your life.’ I claimed and confessed that prophetic word continuously from that day.
Shortly after, I applied for a position in a company and was invited for an interview. I didn’t know what to say or do, but prayed: ‘Lord, you will honour your word.’
All through the interview, I kept hearing that prophetic word from the Bishop.
Behold, only two candidates were picked and I was the first! To God be the glory!” —Oganah C.
