To gain access to personal encounter, you must seek personal contact with God by spending personal timewith Him.
Encounter with God will require time.
Change occurs with time. Ex.24:12-18; 34:28-35; Lk.9:28-43; II Cor.3:18; Deut.5:30,31; Jh.7:53; 8:1,2
Spending time with God is key to personal encounter with God.
There is a limit to which you can know a man from afar.
The closer you get the better you see and experience.
In the same vein, you must draw near to God for Him to draw bear to you. Jam.4:8
